Bollywood celebrities work really hard to give that realistic look to their characters. Especially the newcomers are very serious about their work. Actress Shraddha Kapoor was recently working on Remo D’Souza’s directorial film where she got hurt while rehearsing for the dance move. She is currently taking rest at her home and is in the recovery process. She is advised at least a week’s rest and is taking physiotherapy for her injury.
A source says, “Shraddha had been doing intensive dance sessions to prepare for her next film. While learning a difficult move that involved a split, she pulled a muscle and suffered a tear. Although she had been working on the sequence for a couple of days, and had even done a proper warm p, she hurt herself as it was quite a strenuous move.” Well Shraddha is a bit dejected after the incident because she will have to forego her dance training for quite some time. The 27 year old actress seems quite serious for her work. The source also tells that, “But she is watching dance videos to make the most of her free time.”
But when Shraddha Kapoor was asked about her injury she said, “I think it was over-enthusiasm that led to a partial tear. I will have to be a lot more careful while rehearsing in the future because it is very important to understand your body and how much you can push it. But I love dancing so much that I’m praying this injury heels quickly.” We also wish Shraddha Kapoor a speedy recovery.
