Mawra started her career as VJ at ATV Pakistan and got success with her very first show. Boom On Live is one of the popular shows of Mawra Hocane.
She has also appeared in many TV commercials of leading brands of Pakistan like Mobilink, Sprite, Telenor and Warid. She made her acting debut from the serial Mere Huzoor.
After that she appeared in Love K Chakkar Mien, Meri Wife K Liye, Country Love, Khichdi Salsa, Ghar Aaye Mehmaan, Nikhar Gaye Gulab Saray, Papa Razi, Shaadi Mubarak and Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai.
